Tropical Storm Gustav is over Jamaica and is expected to track over the Cayman Islands by Friday evening into Saturday. At that point, it could strengthen to a Category 1 or 2. The calm before the storm at Harbour Heights...an empty beach, sandbags for the ground level units, and the deck chairs have been tied together into clusters.
