The power of these things is almost incomprehensible. We are several hundred miles away and the squalls and rain just keep coming. For the first 4 months I was in Cayman, I never witnessed rain during the daytime. Now, just days before the official start of hurricane season, I have seen 3 straight days of rain 24/7. Amazing.
