Northcote Hall and Gardens at the UK National School of Government

This is Northcote House. It is grand and looks old, but was actually built in the early 20th century. The gardens are almost too lovely to be described...like a famous poet's words.

The National School of Government is sort of a university for senior UK government officials. We spent two days here.

We then went down to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office near Parliament for a meeting on a new Masters Degree in Public Administration for the Caribbean region Overseas Territories...and perhaps beyond.
