Living surfaces start 14 feet above see level. The tops are over 35 feet high above sea level...woven concrete block with interlaced rebar filled with concrete...then dobbed with more concrete...slow to build but can withstand 200 mph winds. The garages are designed to flood in a Cat 5. This picture about 550 ft. from water behind the camera and to the left, so sea level is quite relevant.
