Big him up... and ...Small yourself up, man!
"Big him up" means to help someone in power feel as if they matter and are important to some process...it's basically brown-nosing.
"Small yourself up, man! is what you say to someone who has too big of a head about their role and importance...often said to children who are trash talking about how great they are at this or that.
